Information about STANZA, membership and contact information
STANZA is the Spanish Teachers’ Association of New Zealand Aotearoa. We’ve been supporting teachers and the teaching of Spanish in New Zealand for more than twenty years.
What STANZA does:
- Maintain a website with information, activities and resources.
- Organise competitions for students with prizes and certificates.
- Organise activities for teachers: PDs, Immersion Weekend, informal meetings.
- Represent teachers of Spanish with the Ministry of Education, NZQA, NZALT.
- Circulate information on activities, events, curriculum and assessment.
We invite you to become a new member or renew your membership. Please download the Word form attached at the bottom of this page. E-mail or post it to us with your payment.
Fees
Fees for the 2019 year are as follow:
Secondary school (one subscription per school) $100.00
Primary school (one subscription per school) $30.00
General – $30 at least you want to access the Secondary school exams, then is $100.
Payment methods
You may pay by cheque or by electronic transfer to the Association account.
